Job Description:

 Job Description: In this key role you will assist the Cosmetic Insurance Services by supporting three Account Executives with administration of policies, coordination of billing/payment, processing applications and certificates in addtion to other administrative projects as needed.



Essential Functions:

In this role you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following job duties:

· Issuing certificates and reports

· Invoicing of agency and direct bills

· Reviewing policies and endorsements generate and update schedules of insurance, Acord certificates, Auto ID Cards, letters and similar documents as needed

· Coordinating with the Accounting Department on billing issues

· Contacting clients and underwriters for obtaining information for policy renewals and endorsements



Experience required:

· Three to five years of insurance agency or insurance carrier experience

· Strong hands on experience with: MS Word and Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Will train on in house systems

· Must be detail orientated

· Strong organizational skills

· New Jersey Producers license (or ability to obtain license within 6 months)

· Some overtime during the busy season may be required.



Education required:

· Bachelor's degree preferred
