RESPONSIBILITY
Your responsibility is to effectively build and manage client relationships and deliver specific product solutions to clients. You will execute client engagements and maintaining a strong relationship with senior client personnel. You must have a solid understanding of the client's business and be able to demonstrate technical competence in their product group and industry. You will ensure quality and satisfaction on engagements and must be able to clearly articulate the value drivers of the business. You will be responsible for developing opportunities both at existing clients and new clients and for job economics such as ensuring timely close and billing of projects. Other tasks include:
- Identify potential sales opportunities with existing clients
- Demonstrate ability to add valuable and creative suggestions to the proposal development process
- Demonstrate ability to recognize our risk with potential clients and advise appropriately
- Demonstrate the ability to discuss technical and industry trends and the related solutions
- Develop expertise in specific technical areas or industries
- Contribute to employee development by actively mentoring employees, creating development opportunities, and initiating and conducting training
- Effectively plans, budgets and manages client engagements
- Manage engagement economics (e.g., inventory, receivables, pricing, contribution, etc.) in line with our goals
- Add value by identifying client expectations and then exceeding mutually agreed-upon objectives
- Identify opportunities to integrate product solutions and resources to optimize client service
- Assists engagement leadership in managing engagement profitability and managing engagement risk
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant quantitative discipline (e.g. Accounting/Finance, other business-related fields, or engineering/physical sciences) required
- 6+ years in a related field, preferably in professional services and/or industry
- Professional Certification such as FRM strongly preferred
- "Big 4" experience strongly preferred
- Prior management and direct supervisory experience in a team environment
- Ability to travel as necessary to meet client needs (up to 40% out-of-town travel)
- Must work well in a team-oriented environment as well as independently
- Must work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
