Job Description:

This individual will perform sales activities within target markets and geographies to include agile technology services and product organizations. Territory is North America, outside of the Pacific Northwest Region.


Responsibilities:


* Work jointly with inside sales to progress lead opportunities to near term sales opportunities. Engage with prospective clients at the opportunity stage to qualify and position SolutionsIQ Agile Consulting.
* Partner with our Professional Services organization to further qualify, propose, and close Agile Consulting opportunities.
* Develop a strategic account plan for target accounts and territories in conjunction with marketing lead generation and partner opportunities.
* Manage and maintain a consistent level of pipeline stage opportunities for the Agile Consulting program based on annual revenue goals and market growth.
* Communicates with SolutionsIQ service delivery managers to facilitate client presentations and proposal development; in conjunction with service delivery team, formal presentations to clients.
* Maintain account relationships with existing customers and develop plans for up-sell, cross-sell and expansion opportunities.
* Maintains all sales related activities with prospects and existing accounts in SFDC system.
* Maintains positive customer relationships to maximize customer service satisfaction and obtain new sales. Implements relevant components of SolutionsIQ Customer Satisfaction and Quality programs.
* Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual booked business goals



Qualifications/Requirements:


* 7+ years of enterprise level technology sales and IT related experience
* Solid track record of over performance of sales goals and individual initiatives on an annual and quarterly basis
* Experience selling large enterprise engagements with medium to long sales cycles
* Longevity within customer accounts and career history
* Experience with SFDC
* Ability to travel 25 - 50%
* Exceptional presentation skills (both formal and informal)
* Ability to author and contribute to formal proposals, presentations, and contracts
* Experience selling to VP, Executive and level buyers
* Bachelors Degree in Business or Technology related discipline
* Ability to recognize strategic solution sales opportunities with customers
* Creative and independent ambition along with the ability to partner and strategize with teams to meet and exceed goals
