Location: Hartford, CT (Relo is available) OR Chicago, IL
The Strategic Account Executive manages client relationships to provide a higher level of strategy, business management and support leadership in order to ensure revenue from our client's legal e-billing, matter management and performance metrics product lines meet or exceed sales goals. Customers are Platinum Accounts, which represent the Fortune 100 Law Departments and Top 150 Insurance Companies. Account Executive activities include learning and staying informed on the complex and comprehensive product line; serving as a liaison between client and company; managing the client relationship throughout the entire project life cycle; and serving as a trusted advisor to the client organization.
* Maintains and grows existing customer business to meet annual sales goals
* Manages client relationship throughout the project life cycle from point-of-sale through maintenance
* Serves as a trusted advisor to client organization
Requirements
Experience, Knowledge and Tools
Minimum Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience, including:
* 3 years relationship management, internal or external clients at the senior management, director, VP or level.
* Working directly with Attorneys or Executive Level Clients
* Making in-person presentations to prospective clients to explain the business products and services and their alignment with the client's needs.
Preferred Experience (includes minimum): 10 years professional experience, including:
* 3 years working in the Legal or Property & Casualty Insurance Industry.
* 3 years working as a strategic account manager.
* 3 years working with internet technology.
* Working with databases management systems.
* Direct technical experience / selling or implementing software.
Minimum Knowledge:
* Relationship management

* English language

* Industry knowledge
* Database management systems
* Strategic customer relationship management within the technology services
