This position supports the Inside Sales Team and Retention efforts. This individual will also prospect to qualify leads for product line expansion and to give WK customers the level of attention that they expect from us as a provider.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Retention efforts working to prevent cancellations of subscriptions that are longer than 12 months.
Scrubbing new incoming leads as well as lead lists by cold-calling contacts and qualifying; passing on qualified leads to Inside Sales Representatives and updating Salesforce.com contact records.

*Providing creative solutions to customers.
*Contacts customers to elicit information that is used to create qualified leads for future follow up.
*Following up with customer post-sale and/or regarding sales training and to ensure customer is taken care of (ie. “Welcome” calls).
*Develop and maintain sufficient knowledge of Wolters Kluwer products in order to convey benefits to the customer/prospect.
*Assists assigned ISR team with paperwork and additional administrative tasks to enhance and streamline the workflow within the sales department.
*Liaison with customer support to ensure sales and support services have everything they need to complete a public records sale.

Qualifications: Experience Required:

*Bachelors or associates degree or high school diploma with 1+ year customer service experience.
*Some customer service experience desirable.

Computer Skills:

*Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet navigation.

Other Skills, Abilities and/or Qualifications:

*High degree of professionalism with phone presence.
*Excellent verbal and listening skills.
*Ability to multi-task.
