FIELD SOLUTIONS MANAGER - MIDWEST

OUR CLIENT: Our client is one of world's leading designers, manufacturers and marketers of wired and wireless products related to signal transmission for data networking, industrial automation, enterprise, transportation, infrastructure, professional audio and video and other specialty electronic markets. THE POSITION: In this position you will be responsible for . . . .

* technical presentations and working closely with customer engineering departments as assigned/engaged by the sales force.
* being the field technical expert, not responsible for sales but lending solid technical support
* spotting potential business opportunities that match with the companies solution products - components/systems/services - and pass those potential leads on to the salesman to pursue.


* Key products are industrial Ethernet switches, wireless access points and motion control devices.
* You would need to reside in the Midwest Region and be within commutable distance of a major airport such as Chicago, Milwaukee, Minneapolis or St Louis. (there are other locations)

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must haves:

* a BACHELORS DEGREE in a technical/scientific discipline.
* 5 (minimum) plus years of strong industrial sales support experience within the industrial connectivity business.
* needs to be from the wire and cable or automaton industry with an Ethernet or connectivity focus.
* a get it done, no excuses personality but with underlying customer focus and professional polish
* live within the Territory
