Business Development Managers (Locations – Dallas, TX)

If so, this is your opportunity to be a part of midsize, 14year old IT services firm with top Fortune 500, U.S. government and U.S. military customers.
You will be a part of an exceptional sales and marketing team based in Dallas, Texas. You must be extremely intelligent, dedicated, and tough enough to be a solid “hunter”, “farmers” need not apply. Average people need not apply this is a highly demanding job that offers a unique opportunity to the right individual. This key position requires someone with demonstrated performance in building a sales pipeline from scratch, and working in a fastpaced sales team environment. Candidates must be able to provide variable references.
Responsibilities:
• Create a pipeline of sales opportunities from a combination of inbound leads generated by marketing, client referrals, and outbound calling to lists
• Present company’s solutions to executives and decision makers
• Close deals and meet/exceed sales quotas
Requirements:
• 5+ years of sales experience in an enterprise software company or a software hosting company; knowledge of email/messaging technology or Microsoft server software a plus
• The ideal candidate will have a sales or sales support background at a systems integrator or consultant specializing in Microsoft technologies.
• Commitment to a metric driven, quantitative sales process with demonstrable results
• Demonstrated phone selling skills
• Familiarity with sales force automation/lead tracking systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software products
• Travel: minimal travel is required for this position
