1. Building strong relationships with all existing customers in Las Vegas.
2. Exceeding annual sales goals for the territory by 9% with an average margin of 10%.
3. Expanding your book of business by bringing on six new customers who generated just over $1M in revenue through china, silver, glassware and small equipment orders.
4. Transitioning 40% of your customers to on-line ordering for stock products.
5. Reducing special order freight costs by 20%.
