INDUSTRIAL SALES & TERRITORY MANAGER
Industrial Process Filtration Products
A Dedicated Search and an Immediately Available Position
OUR CLIENT: They are a multi-billion $$ European based company with presence in 42 countries employing 7,000 people. One business unit, a global leader, is dedicated to the world of Industrial Process Filtration.
THE POSITION: The gist of this position is the direct sales of industrial process filtration products and services within the assigned territory. This is approximately 50% to end users and 50% OEM. The industries and applications could include chemical, waste water, transportation, building products, food & beverage, health & pharmaceutical, among others. The job consists of both an Account Manager role of the existing client base - keeping them well served while penetrating deeper into the organization as well as new account development. You will manage the Territory Sales - who, when, where - and the profitability. You can expect 50% regional travel and possibly 10 nights per month.
THE OPPORTUNITY: This position is based at the Headquarters for the America's and reports to the VP of Sales. The company is well capitalized and growing. The visibility from key management is excellent and the potential for advancement very good. A culture of non-micro management. In short . . . .

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
* A 4-year college degree
* a minimum of 5 years experience (that includes your current or most recent job) of INDUSTRIAL FIELD SALES selling directly to end users and OEM's (not selling through a distribution network)
* A competitive spirit, distinctly motivated and possess a passionate desire to succeed
* Must have good "HUNTING" skills and a track record of new client development
* Have reasonable computer skills - MS Word, Excel, Internet, e-mail
* Living in the Tulsa Regional area
* Willing to travel up to 50%
* A good driving record
* Able to satisfactorily pass a drug screen and background check.
* If currently selling industrial filtration products, must not be hand-cuffed by a non-compete contract
