POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a Territory Manager to fill our California-based territory. This individual will be responsible for maintaining knowledge and capabilities of our Interventional Radiology (PerCryo) product, presenting, educating, and providing in-service on the product to employees, physicians, surgeons, and other individuals regarding the benefits of the product, conducting patient awareness seminars in hospitals and physician’s offices to educate the patient population in the treatment alternatives for Urology, meeting territory sales and profitability goals, developing new prospects, establishing customers, and selling the product/service, driving top-line revenue consistent with Company objectives while maintaining fiscal responsibility (i.e. expenses, budget, etc.).
The ideal candidate must be able to:
· Travel frequently with approximately 10% of travel time being overnight.
· Establish positive relationships with all qualified CryoSurgeons in territory.
· Promote PerCryo Surgery to all qualified Radiologists in territory.
· Solicit orders, provide training, and increase market acceptance of our product.
· Provide, on an annual basis, physician verification that that s/he is able to complete his/her operating room job responsibilities with respect to general health conditions, including but not limited to routine blood/urine analysis, age-specific screenings (as appropriate), Tuberculosis test, standard health history and screening.
· Pass annual criminal background and motor vehicle check and maintain Company standards regarding each of these requirements.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree in related field.
· Minimum of three (3) years experience in each of the following:
– Hospital Sales
– Hospital OR
– Hospital Equipment Sales Mobile Service Provider
– RFA Sales
· Industry experience (service or technology) preferred in the field of Urology.
