This position will report directly to the President and will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships. Qualified candidates will possess the following skills and experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar
Track record of success in consistently meeting quota targets selling intangible services in complex business environments
5 - 10 years general business management experience (including staff management, budgeting, P& L responsibilities, etc.)
The Executive Search Business Development Consultant will utilize proven business development, sales and problem-solving skills to identify, market and sell consulting engagements. This position will enhance existing business relationships in order to grow revenue. This individual will source qualified new client prospects. Duties executed by this position will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Develop & implement an overall account strategy to meet or exceed revenue goals
Develop, qualify, close and manage sales relationships in both new and existing accounts, utilizing the following methods:
o Generate revenue opportunities for executive search business
o Craft specific messages to targeted groups
o Follow established sales processes
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders
Submit accurate and timely forecasts, status reports and account plans to management, utilizing support tools and reporting systems
Develop collaborative relationships with The Oliver Group team
