Position Summary
The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for prospecting and selling the complete range of Message Technologies’ innovative IVR services and custom solutions to Enterprises and Call Centers. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success selling technology solutions up to the CIO level. The job is based in Atlanta, Georgia with some traveling required.

Required Skills
• Manage a complex sales cycle, from generating leads through closing •Accurately forecast opportunities based upon realistic assessments • Knowledge of IVR systems, USP's especially in managed services / hosting opportunities. • Prepare proposals and RFPs, negotiate contracts, and provide follow-up information • Analyze ROI and other benefits of MTI’s hosted and professional services for presentation to client decision makers • Negotiate bids and close sales, and provide consultative client support post-sale • Achieve and exceed targeted quarterly and annual sales goals • 10 years experience in sales of technology solutions. • Strong rolodex of contacts within call center operations and management. • Provable prior income history of $100K+ (Base plus commissions) • Experienced in answering complex RFI/RFPs for services • IVR application industry experience a requirement • Telecom industry background and experience a plus • Bachelor’s degree

• Achieve and exceed targeted quarterly and annual sales goals

YOUR EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• 10 years experience in sales of technology solutions.
• Strong rolodex of contacts within call center operations and management.
• Provable prior income history of $100K+ (Base plus commissions)
• Experienced in answering complex RFI/RFPs for services
• Voice/Speech application industry experience a definite plus
• Telecom industry background and experience a plus
• Bachelor’s degree
