Kayentis is looking for a Business Development Manager to sell solutions that help pharma companies run their clinical trials. The solutions are software essentially but also involve hardware and service. The BDM will also be responsible for generating new business leads to further the goals of the company and will report directly to the country manager.
Job Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
More than 5 - 7 years in the sector and can justify a successful experience within a CRO or an e-crf solution provider
A good knowledge of the pharma industry and of the clinical trials area in particular.
Experience selling solutions/services to Medical Directors, Clinical Trials Directors and/or Marketing Directors
Should demonstrate a strong ability working in autonomy

Full-Time employee
The candidate will report to the country manager
$80 - 90K of fixed salary + up to $100K bonus on sales + benefits
Travel: One-week trips to France two to three times per year
Knowledge of French is not mandatory but would be helpful
