In short, this vital role is responsible for driving the overall marketing and business success of the agency-client relationship.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Function as the agency’s senior day-to-day contact for key clients with regard to strategic, project-related, and policy issues
Understand business needs of the client; determine appropriate strategies to achieve those business goals
Provide strategic leadership to clients and agency; help identify growth opportunities
Maintain command of client business issues on each account under his/her direction and provide key intelligence on business direction and agency role
Responsible for financial forecasting, tracking, and reporting to Senior Management
Play a key strategic role in new business efforts
Lead response, sales analysis efforts to determine results of all campaigns and ensure subsequent strategy recommendations
Follow existing procedures, develop new procedures to protect the client and company

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of (7) seven years direct marketing experience
Experience with client and agency side a plus
Successful track record of establishing, growing marketing strategy; program/campaign deployment, leading/growing/positioning ROI-driven accounts to succeed in the marketplace
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
Results-oriented, proactive team player with strong work ethic
Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills, with proven ability to motivate peers, clients
Ability to demonstrate maturity and judgment in a polished, intelligent manner
Ability to integrate analytics into successful marketing actions
Extremely well-organized and detail-oriented
Computer savvy using Microsoft Office Suite
