This is a fast-paced office and we are looking for two more hard working, high energy people with 3-5 years experience in direct or outside sales to add to our team. We have 5 people in this position and with the increase in business we need to expand the team again. Work closely with the VP of Sales in developing sales strategies while working with a team of outside agents. Our outside team is expanding across the country, and you would be working with a team of agents as they are getting up to speed and building business in their geographic market. The ideal candidate for our inside position will have an outstanding sales track record, strong communication skills, and the drive to learn and grow with leaders in the merchant services industry!

FFUSA Sales Managers are responsible for training and managing the activities of a medium sized group of Sales Agents. As a Sales Manager you will provide sales, mentoring and sales process training, in addition to sharing expert product and industry knowledge as well as provide a manager presence for your team.
Work closely with the VP of Sales in developing sales strategies to support the growth of existing and new sales team. Coach and train the sales teams in the sales process. Manage on a daily basis the performance of the sales team. Ensure the team has all the training and tools necessary to be productive as well as the motivation to stay.
