Job Description:
Looking for someone with a solid background in recruiting but also strong in sales. These folks are working with high level management (six figure income negotiations) who are most likely currently employed (and established) with the competition. They need to not only be able to locate and identify the people for small business roles (excellent networking) but also sell the position, as counter offers are sure to come from the current employer. They need to be able to hit the ground running with little direction and/or supervision. They must be comfortable making cold calls and be professional, as they will be communicating with high level candidates and WaMu managers.
Emphasize the importance of making sure that any contractor candidates know that researching leads, cold calling, networking, negotiating, closing, and client management at a level that an external search firm would provide strategic feedback/ consultative advice is extremely important in this role.
Able to research names from competitors
-Ability to make cold calls (expectation is minimum of 40 calls per day)
-Professional Communication Skills: Provide consultative support (like an executive search firm would communicate professionally and in a way to offer strategy and solutions when we need additional candidate pipeline, etc. )
-Strong negotiation and closing skills
-Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
