Job Description:

Answer and HELP customers calling our help desk support line. Good analytical skills, knowledge of PowerPoint, excel, and ms access. Clear communication and excellent customer service skills. Prior purchasing, or AP background.

Knowledge of Ariba helpful, but not required.
