This is a 6 months contract opportunity at our customer site, a leading company in Roseville, CA 95747.
Job Description:
At least one full SAP BW 3. 0 Development Experience especially in Data Extraction and Data Loading from R/3 and Open Hub environment
Should have worked min 1 year in SAP BW Production Support environment with an understanding of different data extractor types, queue handling, managing data on ODS, understanding of R/3 data structure on BW and R3 system.
Essential knowledge of BAPI and BADI is required and must be familiar to work at table level (info cube, info structure) to validate data contents with interfacing systems.
Knowledge of BEX analyzer and should be willing to write technical queries for production support
Knowledge of Data transformation and Data staging layers to manage production Data
He/She should have in depth experience working with SAP's Intermediate Documents (IDOCs)
Should be able to document specific SAP business process data flow to prepare operational support documents.
Should be keen on working day to day production support
SAP
Desirable:
Some Knowledge of ABAP to debug ABAP Code.
Ability to read ABAP code to identify custom function module and/or write logic for creation of documentation on pre-implemented SAP processes.
Help create user documentation on IDOC handling
Ability to read XML code.
