DentalPlans.com, the internet's leading provider of discount dental plans, is experiencing rapid growth and looking to add Outbound Sales Representatives in our brand new state-of-the-art Plantation office.

We have several shifts available -
11-8
1-10
2-11
3-12

Job Responsibilities:
•Making sales calls - Warm, qualified leads are provided – No Cold Calls
•Follow-up calls
•All phone based
•Meet monthly goals
•Close the deal!


Job Requirements:


• Sales experience a plus (2+ years but not essential (training is provided)
• High energy, positive outlook and excellent work ethic
• Driven and self motivating
• High Outbound call volumes required
• Excellent communications skills
• Basic computer proficiency a must – web, outlook and word
• English required – bilingual (Spanish) a plus
• Experience working in a call center environment ad advantage.
