Job Description:

ITs a network Logo
 • Conduct side-by-side selling and coaching on delivering effective customer service.
• Deliver and replenish merchandise materials ensuring proper product placement, maintenance, and brand compliance.
• Develop positive business relationships with assigned Direct Wireless partners. Serve as a point of contact for questions or problems including individual customer issues.
• Provide ongoing Direct Wireless product and service training.
• Organize and execute sales events.
• Participate in weekly sales meeting providing competitive updates, sales and metric performance, and weekly achievements. Participate in and complete required Sales training.
• Time and activity management for daily schedule.
• Resolve customer service issues.
• Prioritize activities to maximize sales productivity.

Requirements
• Computer experience required.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills.
• Highly adaptive to fast paced and constantly changing work environment.
Education & Experience:
• H.S. Diploma required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years retail sales or customer service.
• Wireless Experience is a plus.
