Systech Retail Systems, Grand Prairie, Texas 1991-2004
Director of Operations, 2000- March 2004.
Managed 6 departments. Technical Support, Logistics, Dispatch, Service Account Management, Parts planning / Sparing and a remote depot program. Helped Systech grow to $60 Million in revenue annually.
Technical Support Manager \ Project Manager July 1997 – August 2000.
Managed 16 Technical Support Specialist throughout Canada and U.S. supplying support, training and technical documentation to our field service staff. Assisted sales staff in presentations with customers. Involved with the planning of every major contract Systech signed. Developed start up procedures and maintained Project plan. July 99 I was the Senior Project Manger for the largest contract signed by Systech.
Field Service Manager July 1994 – July 1997.
Managed 40 field service technicians maintaining on site POS systems in several states. Responsible for call coordination, workload, scheduling, training, documentation, overtime and profitability.
Senior Support Technician 1991 – 1994.
Responsible for the support of various POS and computer systems. Reverse engineering on POS controllers. Equipment included but not limited to IBM 4683, 4684, 4694 POS systems. Laser and dot matrix printers. Epson POS systems. NCR POS systems. Datachecker\ICL and all peripherals.

Provided phone support and wrote technical documentation on a wide variety of equipment that were serviced and supported by TRW.
